Customer Experience- Survey Settings
 
    Survey setting helps you define the benchmark question. You can choose which question you want to set as a benchmark and define the mapping for the promoter, detractor, and passive for answer values.
 
                What can I update under Survey Settings?
                       
        To access Survey Setting, go to: 
-  Customer Experience>> Survey>> Settings.
 
                
                       
              
    
You can update -
- Open-ended question for sentiment:Choose a question that you want to benchmark for sentiment analysis.
 
- Benchmark Rating Question: Choose a question that you want to benchmark in the analytics.
 
- Provide the values for which the result is to be considered as a 'Promoter' , 'Passive' or 'Detractor'.
