CX - Landing Page Settings
Landing Page:
Under landing page settings, you can customize how a respondent will see the first page of the survey. More like a finish options page.
How to add options to landing page?
Go to Login >> CX >> Select any survey (intercept/ email) >> Click on 'Settings' >> Select 'Landing Page'
- Switch ON the landing page settings option.
- Following options are displayed:
- Upload Logo: Upload any image and select it from the dropdown.
- Upload Background Image: Upload any image and select it from the dropdown.
- Survey Button Text: Text to be displayed on the survey button.
- Heading Text: Text to be displayed on the header of the survey.
- Sub Heading Text: Text to be displayed below the header of the survey.
- FAQ's: Frequently asked questions related to the survey.
