Bulk Add Users

QuestionPro offers two options to add users in bulk.

1. Manually add users
2. Import users via CSV file

To add users manually, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Surveys >> Organization >> Users
• Click on the + Add User button

• In the pop-up, add the email address of the user, select the role and team
• Click on the "+" icon on the right to add more fields
• Finally, click on the Add User button

To import users via CSV file, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Surveys >> Organization >> Users
• Click on the + Add User button

• In the pop-up, go to Upload tab
• Download the sample file from the pop-up.
• Fill in the details in the sample file
• Uplaod the sample file back in the pop-up
• Finally, click on the Add User button

Yes. As a primary account you can edit the user by following the steps below:

• Go to Surveys >> Organization >> Users
• Click on the email address of the user or the edit icon on the right hand side of the user

• Edit the details and click on the Save Changes button
